Daily autonomous execution log for Aslam Shaik's Hermes-driven solo company. Every day, GrowthEngine (the Hermes AI Operating System) generates a
.mdfile with the full set of proposed actions for that day — designed so that Aslam's contribution stays below 1%.
🧭 Purpose
This repository is the single source of truth for the daily execution plan of the company. It exists to enforce the operating system principle:
Act first, report second. Hermes ≥ 99% execution. Aslam ≤ 1%.
Each daily file captures:
- The day's theme (rotates Mon–Sun across the 30-day ramp)
- North Star and the compound loop (LEARN → BUILD → VALIDATE → SELL → AUTOMATE → COMPOUND)
- The hard ceiling on Aslam's allowed contribution
- Eight action blocks (intelligence, research, build, validate, sell, quantum, automation, red-team)
- Daily scorecard targets across all 7 compounding dimensions
- An Approval Required section (defaults to NONE)
- Auto-populated sections for assets, knowledge, and tomorrow's objective

⚙️ How it runs
- Script:
scripts/generate_daily_log.sh - Trigger: Hermes cron job
growth-hermes-daily-exec-log(daily, 06:00 local) - Delivery: silently commits + pushes to
main; the file itself is the artifact - Idempotent: re-running on the same day is a no-op
